To accompany my new found love of running, I’m also trying to eat a lot healthier. Yesterday I went grocery shopping for the first time in a LONG time, and I totally loaded up on lots of healthy stuff. Inspired by Cyn, I might start to chronicle what I eat on here. I guess I’ll see how it goes =)

Eats for the day

- 1 banana
- 10 slices of apple
- 1.5 cups ground turkey seasoned with cracked black pepper, oregano, and basil
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1 cup of rice
- carrots dipped in fat free Ranch dressing
- water, water, water

I’m kind of impressed with how healthy that all looks! But it’s only the first day =) We’ll see how things go in the following days.
