After all that obsessing I did last week about hitting a plateau, the lbs started to magically come off these past two weeks. What a weird and welcomed occurrence =)

I weighed myself on Monday and found that I had hit the 25lb mark. I can’t believe I’m only 5lbs away from my first goal! YAY! =) If I can do another 15, I would be really, really happy! But I think I’ll first focus more on just losing the next 5 so that I can finally put that first goal behind me.

Fitness wise, I’m happy where I’m at. I’m at the same weight I was nearly 5 years ago now, but I know for sure it’s not the same combo of muscle/fat =P So, I’m grateful for that.

Running 11 miles and 13.1 miles tends to do that to a person!
